OUR FOUNDERS

The Sagar group was founded in 1956 by the late Mr. J.S. Patel, a chemical engineer. With his son, Mr. Rohit Patel, leading the group as Chairman, has grown to become an eminent industry leader in Gujarat. The group’s interests include fine chemicals, dye intermediates, food preservatives, drug intermediates, bulk pharmaceuticals & retail. The Sagar group has received innumerable accolades & recognition for its work in the field. Today the group continues to grow under the leadership of its Directors Sagar and Ankur Patel who have over 18 years of rich experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
